PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordering and order receiving system, capable of smoothly processing ordering and order receipt by freely setting a delivery time at the time of ordering. SOLUTION: The ordering and order receiving system 1 comprises an order table 11 storing production states of producible production frames for each operation date in a production factory of an industrial machine, a production state display part 14 displaying the production states of production frames in reference to the order table 11, and a delivery date answer part 15 answering a delivery date of the industrial machine in reference to the order table 11.
