PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue abscision implement which can be easily operated to give a sufficient volume of tissue and is disposable. SOLUTION: The disposable tissue abscision implement 10 comprises a "tube within a tube" abscision body 11 mounted to a handpiece 12, wherein the inner cannula 17 of the abscision body 11 controls an inner lumen 34, ends with a sharp cutting edge 35 with an inward oblique angle, is driven by both a rotating motor 20 and a reciprocating motor 22, and brought into contact with an abscision plate 31 to cut off a tissue perfectly at the end of a stroke. The inner lumen 34 is loaded with vacuum suction to suck the cut tissue through the inner cannula 17, thereby collecting it in a collection trap 55 movably mounted to the handpiece 12. The rotating motor 20 and the reciprocating motor 22 are provided with driving power through a foot pedal worked hydraulic pressure circuit.
