Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonded joint for a tunnel reinforcing board which enables concrete to be reinforced by easily and surely assembling a reinforcing board to a deteriorated area of tunnel lining concrete without the use of a detailed research or large-scale transportation equipment.
SOLUTION: In the board 1, a one-channel member 2 is mounted in such a manner that its channel is positioned on a joint side throughout the width of a surface of a joint end along the longitudinal direction of a tunnel which is split into an appropriate number of pieces in accordance with the cross sectional shape of the deteriorated portion of the tunnel lining concrete by chipping the deteriorated portion. The board 1 is assembled and arranged, a channel of a double-channel member 3 is engaged, inserted and jointed into the channel of the pair of one-channel members 2 adjacent to each other via a joint, so that the inner surface of the tunnel can be covered with the board 1; and a gap is filled with back-fill grouting mortar, so that the lining concrete and the board can be integrated to each other. This bonded joint which facilitates the assembling of the board is used for integrating the lining concrete and the board to each other.
