摘要：
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recombinant vector having a desired expression pattern selected to be used for various applications (e.g., gene therapy and generation of recombinant proteins are included). SOLUTION: Isolated nucleic acid molecules are disclosed. The nucleic acid molecule, when operably incorporated into a recombinant alphavirus particle, contains a modified alphavirus non-structural protein gene which increases time required to reach 50% inhibition of macromolecule synthesis directed by host cells after expression in mammal cells in comparison with wild-type alphavirus.
