摘要：
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden composite plywood composed of lightweight plywood such as afforested tree-plywood or the like and wooden fiberboard, the plywood capable of being manufactured without causing deformation such as a warp, a twist and the like, and to provide its method for manufacturing.
SOLUTION: The wooden composite plywood is made by pasting the 1.5 mm to 3 mm thick wooden fiberboard having a density of 0.6 to 1.0 on a surface of the rectangular plywood having a density of not higher than 0.5 and by bonding 3 to 5 layers of low density-wooden veneers on each other wherein the fibers of at least the veneers on the right and reverse surface sides of the rectangular plywood are oriented in the direction perpendicular to the lengthwise direction of the rectangular plywood.
