Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the painting method of galvanized steel structure enabling formation of multilayered coating films with extremely excellent adhesiveness with a base and corrosion resistance, even in a case of a film thickness of the multilayered coating films of 200 μm or less.
SOLUTION: In the painting method of a galvanized steel structure, primary paint (I) containing (A) epoxy resin having two or more epoxy groups in one molecule, (B) modified resin, (C) amine-based resin, (D) phosphoric acid-based rust-preventive pigment, and (E) constitution pigment, are applied to the galvanized steel structure to have a cured film thickness of 80-150 μm; and at least one kind of finishing paint (II) selected among fluororesin-based paint, acrylic silicone resin-base paint, and polyurethane resin-based paint is applied to have a cured thickness of 15-60 μm.
