PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely position an optical element with respect to a light source. SOLUTION: A light source device 100 includes: a laser diode 130; a coupling lens 140 which transforms the light radiated from the laser diode 130 into a desired luminous flux; and a holding member 110 which holds the laser diode 130 and the coupling lens 140. When the light source device 100 is manufactured, at least one of the laser diode 130 and the coupling lens 140 is bonded on the holding member 110 by a hardened first adhesive 150 which includes elasticity after hardened.
