PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liver-accumulative nanoparticle having a drug encapsulated therein, stably encapsulating the drug in the particle, and also easily accumulating the drug in the liver.SOLUTION: The nanoparticle having a drug encapsulated therein is obtained by encapsulating a drag in a nanoparticle comprising a poly DL or L-lactic acid or poly(DL or L-lactic acid/glycolic acid) copolymer, a conjugate of an arabinogalactan and an internal decomposable cationic polymer, metallic ion and basic low molecular weight compound, is, for example, an anti-hepatitis virus drag, a liver-cancer remedy or a liver-function improving drug, and expresses superior liver accumulation and persistency.
