PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a new arylamine polymer having a high excited triplet level and having a glass transition temperature higher than that of the conventional arylamine polymers; a method for producing the arylamine polymer; and an electronic element using the arylamine polymer.SOLUTION: A new arylamine polymer is represented by general formula (1) (wherein Ar is an aromatic group or a heteroaromatic group; and R, R, and Rare each independently a hydrogen atom, alkyl, alkoxy, or phenyl).
