PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the rotary shaft coupling module of a motor capable of preventing the idle rotation (idling phenomenon) of a bearing, and increasing the efficiency of a motor, and extending the lifetime of the motor and a method for manufacturing the rotary shaft coupling module of the motor.SOLUTION: The rotary shaft coupling module of a motor includes: a housing 10; bearings 50 and 60 mounted on the housing 10; and a rotary shaft 31 coupled with the bearings 50 and 60. Outer rings 53 and 63 of the bearings 50 and 60 and the housing 10 are forcedly fitted, and inner rings 51 and 61 of the bearings 50 and 60 and the rotary shaft 31 are loosely fitted. The rotary shaft coupling module of the motor further includes bonding agents 70 and 80 applied between the inner rings 51 and 61 of the bearings 50 and 60 and the rotary shaft 31 for mutually fixing the inner rings 51 and 61 of the bearings 50 and 60 and the rotary shaft 31.
