PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control rotation of a pitch axis and a roll axis during running of a vehicle by controlling telescopic motion of a damper by using high frequency component of angular speed, and an angle/angular speed from an inertia sensor made of one unit disposed on a vehicle body.SOLUTION: The device and method for detecting an inclination between a running vehicle and a road surface by an inertia sensor made of one unit control dampers (11, 11A) by using high frequency components of angular speed from the inertia sensor (20) when rotation of a pitch axis during running of the vehicle (13) is controlled, and control dampers (11, 11A) by using an angle/angular speed from the inertia sensor (20) when rotation of a roll axis during running of the vehicle is controlled.
