Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a smooth operation of the bearing and eliminate a maintenance work and repair etc. for feeding greece by a method wherein a collar of the for the sand blasting machine etc., a truck wheel and dust-proof cover are kept higher by the compressed air including oil mist therein than that of the surrounding air so as to prevent dust from being entered thereinto.
CONSTITUTION: Pressurized oil mist mixed with the compressed air having lubricant oil therein is forcedly fed into the gas feeding chamber 11 of the air annular part 10 through hose 16 and gas hole 13. Thereby, the oil mist compressed air is flowed to the circumferential surface of the shaft 4, edge of the axis insertion hole 2 and the inner cavity 17 of the cover 8 so as to operate the oil mist having a specified pressure. The pressure of the oil mist is set higher than the outer pressure. In this arrangement, it is possible to prevent dust from being entered into system. Feeding of the oil mist causes an elimination of feeding of greese and then a smooth operation of the bearing may be assured.
