Abstract:
フッ素ゴムを含有するベースゴム100質量部に対して、有機過酸化物0.003〜0.5質量部と、無機フィラー0.5〜400質量部と、シランカップリング剤2.0質量部を越え15.0質量部以下とを、有機過酸化物の分解温度以上の温度で溶融混練し、シランマスターバッチを調製する工程(a)を有する製造方法、これにより製造される耐熱性架橋フッ素ゴム成形体、シランマスターバッチ、その混合物及び成形体、並びに、耐熱性製品。
Abstract(English):

The base rubber 100 parts by weight of a fluorine-containing rubber, an organic peroxide 0.003 parts by weight, and the inorganic filler 0.5 to 400 parts by weight, the silane coupling agent 2.0 parts by weight beyond the 15.0 parts by mass or less, melt-kneaded at a decomposition temperature or more of the organic peroxide, a manufacturing method having a step of preparing a silane masterbatch (a), heat-resistant crosslinked fluororubber, which is thereby produced moldings, silane masterbatch mixture and moldings, as well as heat resistance product.
