摘要：
PURPOSE: A composition for manufacturing relief ceramic tiles and a method for manufacturing the relief ceramic tiles are provided to improve the durability and the sterilizing function of the relief ceramic tiles by adjusting a time and a temperature for a sintering process. CONSTITUTION: A composition for manufacturing relief ceramic tiles includes a solvent and a mixture composed of 32-34 weight% of clay, 9-11 weight% of kaolin, 14-16 weight% of agalmatolite, 14-16 weight% of pottery stone, 6-8 weight% of feldspar, 17-19 weight% of mullite powder, and 1-3 weight% of feldspar powder. A method for manufacturing the relief ceramic tiles includes the following: A plate is manufacture based on the composition(S10). The plate is carved, and the carved plate is dried(S30, S40). The dried plate is glazed and plasticized(S50, S60).
