PURPOSE: A vacuum heat treatment furnace is provided to improve airtight seal in vacuum and compression processes by employing a deformation correcting member to correct deformation or drooping. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum heat treatment furnace comprises a chamber(110) providing a space for heat treating an object, a door(120) opening and closing the opening of the chamber, a pivot shaft(130) connected to the door to form the rotational center axis of the door, and a door support(140) connecting the door and the pivot shaft. A bearing is embedded in the pivot shaft to help smooth rotation of the door. A door deformation correcting member is provided in a door connecting part of the door support to correct deformation or drooping of the door.
