PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for solving wrinkle problems and improving elasticity is provided to promote generation of collagen, to suppress generation of collagenase and MMP-1, and to activate suppression of elastase, thereby suppressing wrinkles and improving elasticity of skin. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for solving wrinkle problems and improving elasticity comprises enzyme-treated bladder rack and Prunella vulgaris mixing extract. The enzyme-treated bladder rack and Prunella vulgaris mixing extract is manufactured by extracting the bladder rack and Prunella vulgaris by a solvent selected among carbon number 1-4 of alcohol or their mixture, then hydrolyzing the extract with β - glucosidase. The enzyme-treated bladder rack and Prunella vulgaris mixing extract is comprised in a ratio of 0.0005-50 wt% to the total cosmetic composition. The cosmetic composition solves wrinkle problems by promoting generation of collagen.
