A composition for manufacturing color paper, comprises 10 wt.% petroleum synthetic resin, 7.5 wt.% vinyl chloride resin, 10 wt.% annon as a solvent, 20 wt.% toluene, 10 wt.% calcium carbonate as a filler, 5 wt.% stabilizer, 2.5 wt.% plasticizer(DOP, DBP), 5 wt.% foaming agent, 20 wt.% pigment. The composition is mixed by a roll to produce a foaming ink or coating agent. Another composition comprising 20 wt.% polyurethane resin, 20 wt.% methyl ethyl ketone(MEK), 10 wt.% DMF, 30 wt.% toluene, 5 wt.% thickener, 5 wt.% stabillizer, 10 wt.% calcium carbonate is mixed by the roll mill to produce a foaming inhibitory ink. The foaming ink is coated to paper surface, synthetic resin sheet or raw material of textile fabric, followed by printing with the foaming inhibitory ink to produce a foaming colored paper and sheet showing three-dimensional effect.
