摘要：
PURPOSE: A working device of a spacer damper of a transmission line is provided to easily repair the transmission line and the spacer damper by safely passing the spacer damper. CONSTITUTION: A wording device of a spacer damper of a transmission comprises a fixing plate(2), a body frame(1), a support frame(7), a roller(12), and a braking device(20). A pedal(3) to which a first sprocket(1) is mounted is rotatably attached to the fixing plate(2). The fixing plate(2) is attached to the body frame(1). A rotary shaft(8) to which a third sprocket(c) for transmitting the power of the first sprocket(a) is mounted is installed in the body frame(1). The braking device adheres a transmission wire from the lower side to the upper side.
