PURPOSE: An electronic commerce system for the machinery is provided to prepare a factory manufacturing a machinery, to offer information on the machinery and to enable a user to make an order for manufacturing or leasing the machinery over an electronic commerce service site. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an information providing system, an information search system, a machinery or system line checking system, an electronic payment system, and a delivery and A/S system. The information providing system collects information on manufactured machinery from a plurality of machinery manufacturing companies, collects information on non-operating facilities or system lines, and provides the collected information over the internet. The information search system enables a machinery buyer to search for desired machinery information from the information stored in a server. The machinery or system checking system enables the buyer to check the machine or the system line exhibited in a pavilion. The electronic payment system enables the buyer to make a payment for the machine or the system line via a bank or a financial organization after making a contract with a machinery or system line supplier. The delivery and A/S system helps a delivery or an after service of the purchased or leased machinery or system line.
