A plurality of doors are rotatively hinged to each entrance of the independent spaces and open each entrance of the independent spaces. A locking portion opens or closes the doors. A controller controls at lease of the cool air generators to generate cool air and controls the locking portion. A drawing condition providing section(39) gets a paper money and provides a drawing condition to the controller. A sealing band member is installed at one of the doors and the entrance and intercepts a cool air discharge.
