摘要：
PURPOSE: A method is provided to have excellent conductivity and economical efficiency as compared with an expensive gel electrolysis. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises fabricating potassium hydroxide electrolysis by dissolving a potassium hydroxide powder in water, boiling the fabricated potassium hydroxide electrolysis, adding polyvinyl alcohol in the boiled potassium hydroxide electrolysis so as to be completely dissolved, producing water-soluble gel by adding polyacrylic acid in the potassium hydroxide electrolysis solution containing the polyvinyl alcohol, and removing air bubbles in the gel by processing the water-soluble gel at a vacuum state.
