PURPOSE: A curved guide apparatus with combined function of cutting and strip upset is provided which prevents damage of sample in the sample collecting operation, and in which a turn-up device is installed to prevent an expected sample direction from being upsetted. CONSTITUTION: The curved guide apparatus comprises upper and lower curved roller guides(30,20) both end of which are connected to transfer a sample from an upper conveyor positioned on a lower part of roller table installed at cutting machine to a lower conveyor(6) positioned under the upper conveyor, and in which a plurality of idle rollers(21) are installed; a turn-up device body(80) positioned at the side part of the lower conveyor and installed on a continuous line of the upper curved roller guide; a main shaft(81) for rotating the turn-up device body as supporting the turn-up device body; a plurality of moving rollers(44) positioned in front of the turn-up device body and inserted into shaft of the moving rollers to guide movement of the sample; and a magnet roll(75) for adhering the sample by driving of an air cylinder(73) installed from the front side of the turn-up device body to the rear side of the turn-up device body.
