PURPOSE: A system and a method for issuing a ticket using a buyer printer are provided to promptly use the ticket having serial number without need of exchanging by previously issuing the ticket through the Internet and confirming validity of the ticket at a ticket gate. CONSTITUTION: A ticket issuance management server(210) manages a situation of the available ticket, assigns a serial number to the ticket, and manages the serial number, buyer information, and ticket use. A buyer terminal(110) selects the available ticket by requesting the available ticket information by connecting to the ticket issuance management server, transmits credit card information of a buyer and the buyer information for settlement of the selected ticket, and prints the ticket information including the purchase information and the serial number transmitted from the ticket issuance management server by using the printer(120). A settlement server(310) settles the ticket price by connecting to the ticket issuance management server. A detector(220) detects the serial number of the ticket by connecting to the ticket issuance management server. An operator terminal(230) displays detected information and transmits/inquires the detected information to the ticket issuance management server.
