PURPOSE: An acrylic resin composition for an embedding hard tissue and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a bubbling from a polymerization process, and to easily be inserted into the hard tissue. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an acrylic resin composition for an embedding hard tissue comprises the following steps: mixing 2~98% of acrylic monomer including 1 or 2 acrylic groups, and 0.01~70% of unsaturated fatty acid monomer with 1~4 double bondings; mixing 0.01~70% of phthalic acid plasticizer to the mixture; and dissolving 0.01~5% of initiator to the mixture. The acrylic monomer including 1 or 2 acrylic groups contains triethylene glycol dimethacrylate, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, bisphenol A diglycidylether methacrylate, urethanedimethacrylate, methyl methacrylate or hydroxy ethyl methacrylate.
