A frozen hot-rolled prime is reeled at a coiling temperature of 550~650°C. The ultra-high strength trip steel sheets comprises carbon 0.05~0.155 weight%, silicon 0.05~1.05 weight%, manganese 1.0~2.20 weight%, chrome less than 0.1 weight%, molybdenum less than 0.1 weight%, nickel less than 0.1 weight%, copper less than 0.1 weight%, iron and inevitable impurity.
