CONSTITUTION: A safety balustrade comprises: a main body(31) formed in the shape of a board; a fixture(32) provided to one side of the main body to be fixed to two sides of a wall, and composed of a hanging member(34) projected from the main body to be in contact with one side of the wall and a fastening member(35) formed to be spaced out from the hanging member to tighten to be adhered closely to the other side of the wall; and a coupling bar(33) formed on one side of the main body and provided with many couplers(36) to couple a cross bar(20) extended in the horizontal direction.
