PURPOSE: A multilayered composite waterproof structure of a non-exposed type arranged on a building floor and a construction method thereof are provided to reduce construction costs and period with simplified waterproof materials and to laminate a waterproof layer with high adhesive force on a finishing layer such as a plain concrete layer. CONSTITUTION: A multilayered composite waterproof structure of a non-exposed type arranged on a building floor comprises a primer layer(110), multilayered composite sheet portions(120), and finishing waterproof layer(130). The primer layer is laminated on the bottom(S) of a building. The multilayered composite sheet portions are continuously placed on the primer layer at predetermined intervals. The finishing waterproof layer is laminated on the multilayered composite sheet portions.
