摘要:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a phenol, acetone, and α-methylstyrene is provided to selectively increase the generation amount of an alpha methyl styrene by a separation-dehydration process of the α-methylstyrene in a hydrogenation process from cumene hydroperoxide to cumyl alcohol. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a phenol, acetone, and α-methylstyrene comprises: a step of manufacturing a cumene hydroperoxide stream by oxidizing cumene; a step of manufacturing a cumyl alcohol by separating a part of the cumene hydroperoxide stream and hydrogenating the same under the presence of Pd-Co catalyst; a step of dehydrating a reactant which comprises the cumyl alcohol under the presence of an acid catalyst; and a step of separately dehydrating the other part of the cumene hydroperoxide stream.
