The present invention relates to an advertisement display apparatus with a sandglass function, and an advertisement system and an advertisement method thereof. A sandglass installed in a sauna, or the like, is digitized to be combined in a display apparatus, an advertisement is displayed to inform a user of a sauna about a bathing time through the sandglass, and an advertisement image is displayed to the user to maximize an advertisement effect. The characteristics of the present invention can be achieved by the advertisement display apparatus having a sandglass function, in which a body (11) is divided into a digital clock unit (12), a sandglass unit (13), and a display unit (14); the display unit (14) is divided into a video and still image reproducing unit (14a) and a character reproducing unit (14b), and the body (11) comprises a wired/wireless receiving unit (15) receiving a wired/wireless data signal; an interface unit (16) reproducing the wired/wireless data signal received by the wired/wireless receiving unit (15) on the display unit (14); and a controller (17) controlling the digital clock unit (12), the sandglass unit (13), the display unit (14), the wired/wireless receiving unit (15), and the interface unit (16).
