An outer wheel and an inner wheel of the ball bearing with the aligning ring are both made with stainless steel having 0.28 wt% to 0.33 wt% of carbon and the 0.35 wt% to 0.40 wt% of nitrogen. Annealing and tempering are executed on both the outer wheel and the inner wheel.
