An energy saving house is disclosed. The energy saving house supplies heat and hot water for a house using a photovoltaic electric boiler operated by solar energy as an energy source in the wintertime and makes the waste heat generated from stored waste hot water to be heat-exchanged with external air coming indoors, thereby reducing loss of indoor heat. The energy saving house has increased high insulation performance for a wall and a ceiling of a house in order to reduce heat loss and has a floor part maintaining heat for a long period of time by stored heat, thereby reducing indoor heating costs.
