本发明涉及一种包含中和的导电聚合物透明电极的聚合物分散液及其制造方法，其能够通过减少聚合物分散液晶层的损伤来防止器件的功能缺失。 根据本发明，聚合物分散液晶显示器包括：基底层; 形成在基板上的第一中和电极层; 形成在所述第一电极层上的聚合物分散液晶层; 在聚合物分散液晶层上形成的第二中和电极层; 以及形成在第二电极层上的基底层。
