The window panel includes a display area to transmit an image generated by the display panel and a non-display area adjacent the display area. The window panel includes a first light-shielding printed layer and first to third decor printed layers. The first light-shielding printed layer is in the non-display area. The first decor printed layer is in the non-display area and covers a side surface of the first light-shielding printed layer and at least a portion of an upper surface of the first light-shielding printed layer. The second decor printed layer is on the first light-shielding printed layer and the first decor printed layer. The second light-shielding printed layer is on the first light-shielding printed layer and the second decor printed layer.
