The annular member is configured such that the bearing is fitted to the annular member. An outer peripheral surface of the annular member has a diameter larger than a diameter of a first shaft portion extending on a shaft-body-portion side relative to the annular member provided on the thin shaft portion. The first stopper portion is placed at a position on a side closer to a shaft body portion than the annular member provided on the thin shaft portion. The first stopper portion is configured to prevent an axial movement of the annular member toward the shaft body portion.
