The apparatus includes a first identifying unit configured to identify user identification information of the operator of the apparatus, and an acquisition unit configured to receive the authentication information from the operator, to obtain the first data from the information processing apparatus by sending the authentication information, and to store the first data with the user identification information into a first storage unit. When the first data correlated with the user identification information has already stored in the first storage unit, the acquisition unit does not request the operator to input the authentication information.
