The processor acquires local time information corresponding to a geographical position selected from the plurality of geographical positions, as update information of a predetermined region including the selected geographical position. When update information corresponding to a target position for setting local time is acquired, the processor sets the local time by referring to the acquired update information. When the update information corresponding to a target position for setting local time is not acquired, the processor sets the local time by referring to the local time information.
