The second metal layer is disposed on the first insulation layer to form a data wiring, a source and a drain. The intervening layer is a patterned layer and disposed between the second insulation layer and the pixel electrode layer. The pixel electrode layer covers the intervening layer and the second insulation layer, and the perimeter of the intervening layer of a sub-pixel ranges between 500 μm and 30000 μm.
