The sliding block is slidably attached to the first lever arm, the screw is pivotably mounted in the sliding block, the first lever arm includes a threaded surface for engaging with the screw mounted in the sliding block, and the sliding block includes a sliding surface on which the third lever arm slides such that the second ends of the levers approach each other when the sliding block moves along the first lever arm.
