The organic light-emitting display device includes an organic light-emitting array including a plurality of pixel openings, and a touch electrode array bonded to the organic light-emitting array. The touch electrode array includes a plurality of first mesh electrodes arranged in a first direction and having a lattice structure, and a plurality of second mesh electrodes arranged in a second direction and having a lattice structure. Each of the first mesh electrodes and the second mesh electrodes includes a plurality of overlapping portions that overlap the pixel openings, and a plurality of non-overlapping portions positioned between the pixel openings. At least some of the overlapping portions include brightness-increasing portions, which are formed of a material different from that of the non-overlapping portions.
