The system also includes the application controller operatively connecting the interactive controller to the wager controller by a network, the application controller constructed to: receive the application telemetry; generate the intermediate offer; communicate the intermediate offer; receive the indication to accept the intermediate offer; communicate the application resource associated with the intermediate offer; communicate the wager request; receive the wager outcome; and communicate the wager outcome.
