The second substrate comprises a region overlapping with the first substrate and a region not overlapping with the first substrate, and a region for mounting a chip is disposed in the non-overlapping region. The base plate is disposed within the chip mounting region and has a receiving portion. The chip is disposed within the receiving portion of the base plate and electrically connected to the second substrate.
