The terminal may: measure on the basis of a reference signal; receive a reference signal flag from a network; and derive a new measurement result on the basis on the received reference signal flag. The reference signal flag issues instructions as to whether a reference signal is sent from a target subframe, and the target subframe is a subframe used to derive the new measurement result.
