The sleeve is configured to receive and support the evenly spaced bar-shaped articles with their longitudinal axes parallel to a longitudinal axis of the sleeve itself. The sleeve is wrapped round the outside of the internal drawer. The outer wrapper has at least one opening facing a sidewall of the sleeve at the internal drawer to allow applying at least one sliding force on the sleeve and to produce a rotation of the selfsame sleeve relative to the internal drawer and the outer wrapper.
