The separator is configured to separate the housing into a first area and a second area, and includes a through hole that allows communication between the first area and the second area. The first area includes the operation device. The second area includes the terminal. The coupling device passes through the through hole and electrically couple the terminal to the operation device. The sealing portion seals the through hole through which the coupling device passes.
