The electrochemical mirror includes a first transparent electrode; a second transparent electrode spaced apart from the first transparent electrode; and an electrolyte layer formed of an electrolyte, and disposed between the first transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode, wherein the electrolyte includes an electro-depositable metal ion; a halogenated ionic liquid; and at least one additive selected from the group consisting of a compound having a sulfonate functional group and derivatives thereof.
