The first and second side walls each include a top edge. The first side wall includes a first slot that is open to the top edge of the first side wall and is configured to receive a first pivot axle therein, and the second side wall includes a second slot that is open to the top edge of the second side wall and is configured to receive a second pivot axle therein.
