The circuit layer includes a plurality of switching devices disposed on the light emitting areas, and a plurality of photosensors disposed on the transmitting areas. The pixel layer includes a light emitting element to emit light based on reception of a current from at least one of the plurality of switching devices. The light emitting element overlaps with one of the plurality of light emitting areas. At least one of the plurality of phototosensors is configured to receive a portion of external light reflected from an external object after transmission of the external light through at least one of the plurality of transmitting areas.
