The method may include: generating a first aggregated carrier signal by aggregating multiple carrier signals; determining whether at least one peak exceeding a preset threshold is detected among the peaks of the first aggregated carrier signal; generating, if at least one peak exceeding the preset threshold is detected, at least one cancellation signal based on the detected at least one peak; and mapping the at least one cancellation signal to reserved subcarriers. It is possible to reduce the PAPR at the side of an amplifier by applying a tone reservation technique to multicarrier signals.
