This method comprises: a first step of heating, under the presence of an antimony catalyst, a compound represented by the general formula (1) at a heating temperature in a range of from a melting point of the compound to a temperature that is 10° C. higher than the melting point; and a second step of heating a solid product or viscous product obtained after the first step at a heating temperature in a range of from the melting point of the compound represented by the general formula (1) to 270° C.
