The first sensing resistor has a longer extending length in the first extending direction than in the second extending direction. The second sensing resistor has a longer extending length in the second extending direction than in the first extending direction. The third sensing resistor has a longer extending length in the first extending direction than in the second extending direction. The fourth sensing resistor has a longer extending length in the second extending direction than in the first extending direction.
